4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

4.3 KYC and Identity Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, hoh999 reserves the right to require identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a copy of your MyKad (front and back), a selfie with your identification document, or proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
All deposits and transactions on hoh999 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

Note: Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate conversion at the time of receipt. Cryptocurrency deposits are non-reversible once broadcast to the network.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified and belongs to the registered account holder. hoh999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing timelines are as follows:

Upon account closure due to a Member's breach, hoh999 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the outcome of any outstanding investigation.
